DIHYPH / DITECT Price List (valid until Dec.31, 2010)



1. DIHYPH-/DITECT-Software


1.1 Unlimited license
After payment of license-price, purchaser is entitled to use the program
for his own purpose or to repeatedly sell the program embedded into his
text-/publishing-system to endusers. However it is not allowed to sell
DIHYPH-/DITECT-software as InDesign-/InCopy-plugins.
Wholesaler licenses follow a special agreement.

1.2 Limited license
After payment of license-price, purchaser is entitled to use the program
embedded into a text-/publishing-system for a limited number of workstations:
in one network or for one enduser.

         - Catalan
         - Expressions from other Spanish speaking areas can be added.

4. Package-Prices

5. Additional costs

5.1. Delivery for more than one operating system:
License price plus 10 percent for each additional operating system.

5.2. Later upgrading from limited to unlimited license:
Unlimited license price plus 15 percent.
Limited license payments made before for that program are taken into account.
